When making an enquiry regarding our Services, it is import that you include all relevant information.
Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a time limit on serving the documents, as it is of the utmost importance that we receive all relevant information from the start to prevent the possibility of any delays.
If you are using our Statement Taking service, it is important to tell us about the purpose of service with as much detail as possible to enable our agents to obtain the relevant information for you.
If you have any other useful information which is not contained in the documents, please let us know.
It is also important that you check that the name and address of the person to be served are correct before submission to avoid any possible delay, or worse, have your case thrown out of court due to a simple error in getting a name wrong.
