Hague Service Convention
(1965)
In England and Wales, the rules governing service of documents are contained within Part 6 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998.
Service on a defendant who resides in a Country outside the jurisdiction of the Court must comply with special procedures prescribed under the Hague Service Convention.
Whilst we are very aware of the possible problems and complications associated with Process Serving overseas within the constraints of the appropriate laws for that country, our knowledgeable and experienced Process Servers will work with you to provide a service that will fully satisfy the Court of law in any of the specified countries listed.
In addition to Process Serving, there are times when the specialist skills of a Private Investigator may be needed. Whether it's obtaining witness statements, surveillance, tracing or background enquiries to aid our Process Server, we can also assist in these matters using our network of fully trained agents.
